Ms. Kimberly Pinhey moved to the Eastern Shore in 1993 from Cincinnati, Ohio. She worked in Dorchester County Public Schools in the areas of special education and counseling in elementary, middle and high school for 11 years before transferring to Bennett Middle School as a school counselor. In Wicomico County, she held the positions of Assistant Principal at Bennett Middle School for three years, Assistant Principal at James M. Bennett High School for six years, and Principal of Parkside High School for 7 years before joining the best school on the shore, North Salisbury School Mustangs, as their school principal in July 2021.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Kentucky University, a Master of Education degree from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, certification as Administration I and II from Salisbury University, and holds Nationally Board Certification and licensure in the area of counseling. Ms. Pinhey lives in Wicomico County where she enjoys the weather, close proximity to the ocean and the kindness and hospitality of the community.

Breonna Hopkins

Ms. Breonna Hopkins

Ms. Hopkins is a product of the Wicomico County Public Schools. She received a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Delaware State University, and a master's degree in Elementary Education through her graduate work at Wilmington University. Ms. Hopkins began her career teaching 5th Grade at East Salisbury Elementary. She was named the Dean of Students for Choices Academy effective July 1, 2020 and then served as Assistant Principal at Westside Intermediate from 2021 - 2023. She is passionate about giving back to the community that helped mold her into the educator she is today. She also enjoys working closely with the students and their families here in Wicomico County.

Tiffany Redden

Ms. Redden is a native of the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She received her high school diploma on the Western Shore, graduating from North Hagerstown High School. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from The University of Maryland Eastern Shore and her Master of Education in Special Education from Wilmington University. Prior to becoming Dean of Students at North Salisbury, Ms. Redden was a Special Education Teacher at Salisbury Middle School. She also taught in Worcester County at Cedar Chapel Special School. Before entering the world of education, Ms. Redden worked for the State Department of Health and Department of Corrections. During her time at Salisbury Middle School, Ms. Redden was the site coordinator for the after-school program, Project MOVE. Ms. Redden has coached track & field and basketball at the high school level. Ms. Redden is an advocate for children and meeting their needs to ensure success both in and out of the classroom.
